Data controller

The data controller is the operator of Wwith-In (sole proprietorship / micro-entreprise). Full postal address: Chemin de Balzat, 01390 Saint-André-de-Corcy, France. Contact: contact.wwithin@gmail.com.

Data collected and purposes

Contact form. Name, email address, message. Purpose: to respond to your request. Legal basis: legitimate interest in handling your request. This data is kept only as long as necessary to process your request.

Internal audience statistics. The site records certain technical information internally, without any third-party tool (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar), to measure audience: pages viewed, products viewed, clicks on affiliate links, referring site domain. No IP address is stored: a technical identifier is recalculated daily from the IP address, browser, and date, solely to avoid counting the same visit twice on the same day. This identifier cannot be used to track a visitor across days or identify them personally.

Newsletter. A feature planned in the site's architecture but not currently active. If activated, signing up will require your explicit consent and will never be required to browse the site. [Section to be completed with the chosen email provider on the day this feature is activated.]

Cookies and trackers

The site sets a single strictly necessary technical cookie (CSRF protection when submitting the contact form). This cookie is not used for advertising or analytics tracking and, per CNIL guidance, does not require prior consent. The site uses no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking tools.

Data recipients

Collected data is not shared with any third party and is not sold. The site is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA (Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland), whose servers are located in Switzerland. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision recognising a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union, so this transfer requires no additional safeguard under the GDPR.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object regarding your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at contact.wwithin@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
